Olivia Briggs has lived in big cities her whole life and now she is sharing the adventure, past and present, with whoever is willing to read. So, strap yourselves in because it's been, and will no doubt continue to be, a wild ride.

Briggs is an award-winning screenwriter and playwright who is currently writing for both television and comic books. Recent credits include: Writer: Mary Shelley Monster Hunter - AfterShock Comics, Staff Writer: The Arrangement - E! Entertainment, Writers' Assistant: Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders - CBS,Co-writer: Bottles on the Water: A Night of Short Plays from Abroad produced at The Arthur Seleen Theatre and published by Next Stage Press, Writer/Actor: Ronnie's Cabinet, performed at The Roy Arias II and winner of "Best Original Play" of the Thespis Theater Festival, 2014, and Co-Writer: Knockouts, Tokyopop Media LLC (in development).

 

Additional Awards Include: Finalist: Austin Film Festival AMC One-Hour Pilot Division (2014) for Death Valley, Jane Chambers Best Student Play Award (2012) for Agnes' Baby, Best Screenplay of the Flint Film Festival (2009) for Suicide Girl, End of the Pier International Film Festival Best Music Video Award (2008) for Beachwood, and the Malibu International Film Festival Best Comedy Short Award (2011) for Tranny Trainer (co-producer/editor). Briggs' original documentary feature, The Workshop, was awarded Best of The Heart and Soul of the Catskills Film Festival (2012).
